Concept
«The art of minimalism. The beauty of restraint». The video's visual concept fully reflects the brand philosophy: a premium dark background, strict lines and focus on detail. The task was to turn technical specs into an engaging visual journey where every highlight on the body emphasizes the device's innovation.
Tech & Details
For photoreal quality and smooth motion I used a complex pipeline: Cinema 4D & Redshift: working with the provided 3D model, building scenes, setting up complex metal and plastic materials, and detailed device and camera animation. After Effects: compositing, deep color grading, 2D effects and informational text layers. Photoshop: textures and graphic assets. The video includes macro shots of edges, visualization of internal processes and dynamic interfaces of operating modes.
Workflow
From engineering model to commercial. The production process included: Asset Integration: bringing the client's 3D model into the scene and setting up physically accurate materials. Animation & Direction: camera paths that highlight the device's ergonomics and style. Feature Design: visualizing unique features — «Auto-start», no cleaning required and three operating modes. Post-Production: assembling all scenes into one narrative, typography and final render.
Result
The video became a complete visual guide to the product, combining aesthetics and information. High-quality rendering and thoughtful editing let users appreciate the benefits of LIL HYBRID 3.0 before they even touch the device. The project successfully conveys IQOS's status as a leader in technology and design.
